RIM is a full service custom research firm founded in 1970 by Ruth Campbell and Larry Hammond, who still are the two principals of the firm.
Ruth and Larry have personally directed over 1,500 quantitative and qualitative studies at RIM, which gives them a rare wealth of experience in survey research practice.
About a third of our studies have involved “field and tab” in which our orientation has been to meet the highest standards of quality in research conduct, plus on-time delivery and effective cost control.
Nearly two-thirds of our studies have provided full service from study design through a final report of study findings. Here our orientation is to meet the same standards as in field and tab, and equally important, to design studies and interpret study findings that address client decisions and actions.
In response to today’s cost driven business economy, RIM also offers partial research services in the form of cost saving study modules such as study and questionnaire design for online studies.
